Climate-Controlled Gooseneck Trailers
The only jobsite storage that moves when your project does. Sized from 20' to 44', powered by a fuel-efficient diesel generator that runs 40+ hours without refueling, and engineered to hold precise temperature and humidity while your finish materials wait for install day.
The Problem You're Solving
Finish materials sitting in an uncontrolled environment don't wait patiently. Hardwood swells. Drywall wicks moisture. Paint and adhesives fail before they leave the pallet. And when they do, your GC is staring at a change order, a delayed schedule, and a conversation with the owner that nobody wants to have.
Off-site warehousing is the usual answer — and it's expensive. You're paying for the space, paying for shuttling crews back and forth, and losing time every day materials aren't on site when a trade needs them.
A climate-controlled trailer parked 50 feet from the install area changes the math entirely.
Why a Trailer?
Repositions in minutes
Gooseneck hitch connects to a standard pickup truck. When the project moves to a new phase or a new site, the trailer goes with it. No crane, no flatbed, no scheduling a delivery window.
Fits where containers can't
Tight residential lots, phased commercial sites, restricted-access areas. The gooseneck design navigates spaces that a crane-delivered container never could.
The most fuel-efficient unit in our fleet
The Onan Quiet Diesel generator burns 0.48 to 0.71 gallons per hour at half load — roughly a third of what a comparably sized propane generator consumes. On a full 30-gallon tank, that's 42 to 62 hours of continuous runtime at typical load before you need to refuel. On a full-load day, you still get 23 to 25 hours.
Right-sized for your scope
20' for a single trade's materials. 44' for a full floor of FF&E. Everything in between is customizable. You're not paying for space you don't need and not cramming materials into a unit that's too small.
How We Control Your Climate
Temperature Control
A 2-ton mini-split system with two interior head units and one exterior condensing unit handles heating and cooling. This runs independently from humidity control, so temperature adjustments don't interfere with moisture management.
Humidity Control
A dedicated humidifier pushes moisture through a fan-box distribution system when conditions are too dry. When conditions are too humid, the dehumidifier pulls moisture out of the air — and recycles that water back into the 25-gallon humidifier tank. This closed-loop design means the water tank lasts significantly longer than systems that just dump extracted moisture.
Both systems are independently controllable, and the environment inside can be dialed to match manufacturer specs for whatever you're storing — hardwood at 35-55% RH, drywall at 40-50%, specialty finishes at whatever the data sheet requires.

Built For These Projects
Phased Commercial Construction
Materials arrive weeks before install. Hardwood flooring, millwork, specialty tile — all sitting on site while other trades work. A climate-controlled trailer protects them through every phase and repositions as the project progresses.
Religious & Institutional Buildings
LDS temples, churches, and institutional projects source materials globally — often months before the building is ready. Custom woodwork, stone, and textiles need stable conditions from arrival through installation.
High-End Residential
Custom home builders managing high-value finish materials can't afford a single warped panel. A trailer parked in the driveway gives the install crew direct access without exposing materials to outdoor conditions.
Multi-Site Contractors
Running three projects simultaneously? One trailer moves between sites as install schedules demand. No locked-in delivery windows, no duplicate equipment costs.
How It Works
We spec it to your project
Tell us what you're protecting, how much of it, and how long. We'll recommend the right size and configuration.
We deliver and set up
In-stock units deploy within 24 hours in Utah, 48-72 hours to surrounding states. Custom builds take approximately 4 weeks. You'll need a level pad and a 220V hookup. The gooseneck design means truck delivery — no crane required.
You monitor from anywhere
Environmental sensors report conditions hourly via cellular connection. Cameras give you eyes on the unit 24/7. Alerts fire if temperature or humidity drift outside your target range.
We relocate when you need it
Project phase changing? New site opening up? Hitch the trailer to a pickup and reposition it yourself, or we'll handle the move. No crane, no flatbed, no scheduling delays.
