Deployment & Logistics
How fast can you deliver?
24 hours in Utah. 48-72 hours in surrounding states. We keep in-stock units staged and ready, so your schedule doesn't slip waiting on storage. Need something custom-built? Plan on about four weeks.
What do you need at the jobsite?
Two things: a reasonably level spot to set the unit and room for the truck to deliver. Power is on us. Units run on standard 220V shore power when it's available and switch to onboard generator backup automatically, so your climate control never depends on the grid.
Do I need a crane?
Usually not. Containers come in on a truck and trailers roll in on a gooseneck. The only time a crane comes into play is when the spot you want is somewhere a truck can't reach.
Can the unit be moved during the project?
Yes. Our gooseneck trailers reposition as your phases change, so storage follows the work instead of getting stranded on the far side of the site.
Climate Protection
What temperature and humidity can you hold?
We set each unit to the temperature and humidity your materials need, down to the manufacturer's spec sheet for millwork, stone, and finishes. Tell us the spec and we lock to it.
How do you control humidity?
Commercial humidification and dehumidification run together to hold your target range. That's what keeps wood from swelling, finishes from checking, and adhesives from failing while material waits to install.
How are the units insulated?
Closed-cell spray foam sealing the walls, ceiling, and floor. It holds the set point through summer heat and winter cold without the generator working overtime.
What happens if site power fails?
Nothing changes inside. Every unit carries an automatic backup generator that picks up the moment shore power drops, so temperature and humidity hold steady right through an outage.
Security & Monitoring
Can I check conditions remotely?
Yes. Every unit streams live temperature and humidity to your phone and sends an alert the moment anything drifts out of range. No driving to the site to read a gauge.
How secure are the units?
Steel construction with locking access points. Add remote monitoring and optional cameras, and you can see who went in and when, from anywhere.
Can more than one person have access?
Yes. We set up access for your team and approved subs, so the people who need the materials can get to them without keys getting passed around the site.
Rental & Purchase
What's the minimum rental period?
Month-to-month. No long-term contract. Most projects run three to six months, but you're never locked in past what you need.
Can I buy instead of lease?
Yes. Units are available to buy or to lease, whichever fits the project and the budget. Tell us which way you're leaning and we'll quote it.
Is this cheaper than trucking materials to a warehouse?
Often, yes. You skip the round trips to an offsite warehouse, the double-handling between trucks and racks, and the damage and reorders that come with moving finished materials more than you have to. The storage sits on your site, ready when your crew is.
Manufacturer Compliance & Warranty
Can you help us meet manufacturer storage requirements?
Yes. A lot of millwork, flooring, and finish warranties depend on storing material in a controlled environment before install. Our units hold the conditions those manufacturers call for, so storage never becomes the reason a warranty gets denied.
What proof do we have if there's a warranty claim?
We can pull historical temperature and humidity records for the time your materials were stored. If a manufacturer or owner questions how the material was handled, you have documented proof it sat in spec the whole time instead of a verbal assurance.
Why Custom Climates
What makes you different from a standard jobsite container?
A standard container keeps the rain off and nothing else. Ours lock temperature and humidity to spec, run on their own power with generator backup, and let you check conditions and get alerts from your phone. One vendor owns the climate from delivery to pickup, and your millwork, finishes, and fixtures stay installation-ready.
Still have a question?
Tell us what you're storing, where the jobsite is, and when you need it. We'll get back to you within one business day with a recommendation and pricing.
