The material is loaded once at the mill and stays in one acclimating environment all the way to install day, so there is no transfer to a second trailer and no offsite warehouse in the middle.
Each 53 ft trailer holds 26 to 30 standard pallets across 420 usable square feet. The unit runs on its own generator over the road and switches to shore power once it lands on your site. It acclimates the load to AWI Standard 200 for the install location the entire way.
