A high-cube box gives you a 9 ft 6 in interior, close to a foot and a half more than a standard container, and that changes what you can store and how easily your crew moves it. A closed-cell spray foam envelope keeps the interior stable, commercial HVAC and humidity control lock temperature and moisture to the spec your materials require, and generator-backed power means you need no site utilities to keep it running. Drop it on a level pad and it holds conditions for the full length of the job.
